Featuring a diverse roster of elite riders from across the globe, the team symbolizes international collaboration and excellence in competition. Powered by innovative technology from Winspace and Lún Wheels, they aim to deliver top performances in prestigious UCI events, from WorldTour classics to grand tours.

Jean-Christophe Barbotin

Founder & Co-Manager

Jean-Christophe Barbotin is a leading figure in cycling, with expertise in marketing, management, and sports strategy. He stands out for his passion for the development of women’s cycling, actively contributing to the promotion of talent and equal opportunities in this field.

Under his leadership, his team has achieved notable results in competitions, while working to transform the perception of women in cycling. His commitment goes beyond sporting performance, aiming to create a fairer and more equal environment for women in the sport.

GAÏ ASSOULINE

Co-Manager

Gaï Assouline, based in Hong Kong for the past 15 years, plays a key role in the creation of the Winspace team, facilitating collaborations between China, Hong Kong, and France. Founder of Divine Agency, he has worked with prestigious clients such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Red Bull, and Sofitel.

Passionate about French culture, he strengthens the ties between the Chinese cycling team and Winspace, playing a pivotal role in the integration of the Chinese riders. His FEMMES project aims to create a French women’s cycling team — independent, high-performing, and driven by strong values

Franck Renimel

Performance Coach

Franck Renimel joins Winspace Orange Seal for the 2025 season as a performance expert. A former sports director at Arkéa and ex-national coach for Seychelles, he brings extensive experience in high-level women’s cycling. In addition to overseeing the team’s training, Franck is the personal coach of Constance Valentin and ensures the development of all 12 riders. Passionate and demanding, Franck believes that teamwork and attention to detail are essential for achieving excellence. His goal is to create a performance-driven dynamic that propels the team to success in the top international races.

Damien Pommereau

Sport director

Damien Pommereau joins Winspace Orange Seal as Sports Director for the 2025 season, succeeding Jérémy Bellicaud. A former professional rider and experienced directeur sportif, he previously led the FDJ-Suez women’s team from 2006 to 2011.

Passionate about cycling and a sharp strategist, Damien is determined to propel the team onto the international stage. During the training camp in La Rochelle, he emphasized the importance of a well-balanced race calendar to maximize riders’ performances. A great admirer of the Flemish Classics, he aspires to lead the team to major victories, with one clear objective: to shine at the Tour de France. His approach, centered on guidance and support, reflects the values of cohesion and excellence that define Winspace Orange Seal.
