Léa Rondel will step up to the professional ranks with Winspace Orange Seal in 2026. The young Frenchwoman will take an important step forward in her career by joining the French ProTeam.

Aged 19, Léa Rondel signs her first professional contract with Winspace Orange Seal. Originally from Sarthe and now based in the Hautes-Pyrénées, she achieved several strong results on the French national calendar in 2025 — including 2nd at the Tour de l’Orne, 2nd at the Grand Prix Féminin d’Albi, and 8th at the Boucles de Seine-et-Marne. At UCI level, she finished 17th at the Région Pays de la Loire Tour and 25th at the Alpes Grésivaudan Classic.

Team manager Jean-Christophe Barbotin explains : “In the team’s philosophy, it’s important for us to sign a young rider with the goal of developing her. At 19, Léa fits this profile perfectly. We’ll take time to help her grow, hoping to build a long-term project together. She has potential and now needs to work hard to progress. We’d like her to become a solid climber — she lives in the heart of the Pyrenees, which is already a great advantage".

Reaction from Léa Rondel : “I’m really happy to announce that I’ll be joining Winspace Orange Seal! This is a new step in my career, and I’m full of motivation and ambition for the upcoming season. I can’t wait to wear these colours and share the road with such a strong and supportive team.”
